ELIZABETHTOWN — Clyde Riggins, 54, formerly of Tabor City, died Friday, July 4, 2014 at Poplar Heights Care and Rehabilitation in Elizabethtown. He was the son of the late Clyde and Ethel Mae Riggins.
Final rites will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 8 at Holy Light United Church in Tabor City with Elder John C. Williams Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Singing Union Cemetery in Tabor City. Viewing will be held from noon-1 p.m. Tuesday, July 8 prior to the service at the church.
He is survived by two sisters, Mae Riggins Hammonds of Lumberton and Sadie Riggins Alston of Durham.
